I know that my wedding tomorrow at the Hawk Inn in Plymouth Vermont will be fun. Why do I know that? Because Ryan and Breanne are a bride and groom that are up for anything! On the day of their engagement shoot, just a few short weeks ago, it was raining. Not just raining but pouring-cats-and-dogs (what does that really mean anyway?). Relentlessly. But a great attitude and a few umbrellas actually made for one of the most fun e-shoots I’ve ever had.
Luckily I know a few covered spots around Burlington, so we were able to stay dry for the first part of the shoot.

Even outside the train stop made a great cover.

I think all three of us approached the shoot in a less-than-perky mood. But once the shoot was underway, all our moods changed quickly.

See what I mean by having fun with it?!

We had to at least acknowledge the weather in a few shots…

…especially once we broke out the umbrellas.

It would be fun (and maybe a little cheesy) to say that the couple was looking into their bright future together in this photo, but really they were scoping out some scuba divers that resembled Champ! I had to break the news…

So rain or shine, I can’t wait for tomorrow!
