Here’s the slideshow from my photo shoot with the super cute Moll-Celis family. These two girls and their polka dots were fabulous!
Family: The Knights
I had a lot of fun during my shoot with the Knight Family. They were a small enough group that we were able to add in a little variety.
Family: The Bostwicks
Here’s the slideshow from a December shoot with the Bostwick family. Even though big groups like this make it harder to find the time to get some of the fun candid shots, I was able to sneak a few of them in there. See if you can spot them!
Professionals: Kittell, Branagan and Sargent
Accounting team Kittell, Branagan and Sargent have a fantastic new website and called on me at the end of 2009 for some updated head shots. I went to their offices to capture them in their own environment for some more natural looking portraits of them in their own environment.
From left, Christopher R. Branagan, CPA, Dana I. Kittell, CPA, Andrew M. Bachand CPA, and Gregory D. Sargent, CPA.
Professionals: Anne Decker
I’ve already posted a photo from Anne’s session in my 2009 commercial favorites post, but I wanted to post a couple more of my favorites. Anne is the Conductor of the Vermont Youth Philharmonia and you can read more about her at this link.
Senior: Rosemary
Last but not least is my session with Rosemary which we managed to squeeze in just before the yearbook deadline. We were well into fall at this point but we still managed to find some colorful spots outside.
I don’t know how old this door is but I bring a lot of clients up the steps of the old courthouse because I love its amazing color!
I love the color in this one…
And a great smile always helps too!
Senior: Emma
Emma’s session was fun because she was really relaxed making it easy to get natural looking photos. We spent the session with the usual combo of in-studio and location shots, but a lot of my favorites came from the in-studio portraits. Check them out below!
Sneak Peek: Andrew & Lacey
I just wanted to share one of my favorites from yesterday’s wedding at the Old Lantern in Charlotte. Although it wasn’t the winter wonderland that was hoped for, it was a fantastic day with blue skies and tons of spring sun. It was great to get back into wedding season (and we got to relive our day at the Lantern too). Congrats to Andrew and Lacey…I hope you had so much fun yesterday and I hope you have a fabulous honeymoon!
When we came home last night, all the sugar houses were boiling including our neighbors so the smell of maple sugar was in the crisp air. I’m guessing winter will make a reappearance, but I’ll soak it up while I can.

Senior: Seth
According to Seth’s Mom, he wasn’t interested in any bells and whistles during his shoot. Guys usually aren’t. But luckily I was able to coax him out back to get just a few shots outside. Even if it’s just for a few, it adds so much more variety. And for the guys I typically try to pick spots that have a little more “edge”. (Those spots are secretly some of my favorites!).
Senior: Heather
I have a few more senior shoots from last fall to finish up posting, starting with Heather. I think Heather had a little trepidation at the start of her shoot but she rocked it by the end. And she was a trooper and showed no signs of chill as we walked around town for our location shots. Despite the sun it was a little cold! Some of my favorites below…
